Spencer Holdings has completed its first two lettings at the refurbished industrial scheme on Arrowe Brook Road in Wirral.
Programmed Maintenance Services has taken one unit, of 1,936 sq ft, and R&J Travel, a local mini bus hire company, another of 3,013 sq ft.
The 81,000 sq ft development near Arrowe Park Hospital comprises refurbished workshops ranging from 1,250 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft.
Phase one has been completed and contains 11 units, totalling 41,602 sq ft. The second phase will be released in the first quarter of 2009.
Quoting rents are £4.50/sq ft. GVA Grimley and Smith & Sons are the letting agents.
